RETURNS

Please email tilliebeeboutique@gmail.com BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once the item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days and sent via email. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns will be given STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please note that store credit will not be issued for shipping fees associated with the purchase (expedited, international, etc.).

Items must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery to the customer. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.
